We are committed to providing carbon-neutral products and have been using solar energy to power our workshop for over 2 years. A 15-panel solar array provides us with more than enough power to run the machinery, lighting heating, and computers during daylight hours while battery storage helps to keep things going when the sun goes down.

Each item is handmade using premium quality tooling and materials. Materials that are responsibly sourced where applicable will be provided with a certificate of authenticity.

Your ring will be handmade to order and based on the listing description and images. Customization is always available so feel free to contact me with your ideas/requirements.

SIZING YOUR RING
All rings are made to your exact size requested which is measured in standard US ring sizes. We can make half sizes. To ensure your ring fits perfectly please obtain an accurate ring size using a ring sizer or accessing the ring size guide. Custom rings are not refundable.

SHIPPING
All items are made in the order they were received. Currently, items are being completed within the estimated timeframe given and shipped using Etsy shipping. All items will include tracking as standard.

PACKAGING
All rings will be supplied with a black-velvet-lined ring box, a complimentary UV light, and a gift. Gift packaging and gift messages are included as standard if requested. Please add any messages you would like to include during your order.

WARRANTY
All items come with a free repair warranty. This can be used at any time and managed via the member's area under the 'My orders' menu.

ENGRAVING
All-metal rings come with complimentary engraving as standard. This will include text and basic symbols such as a heart, infinity symbol, etc. For a more detailed engraving please see the custom engraving section of my store.
